Housing
We’re hopefully close to closing on an apartment soon. It’s a 5 room (4 bedroom + Kitchen/Living Room) duplex (2 floor) apartment, 4th (and 5th) floor. We’ve agreed on a price, now all that has to be worked out is payment arrangements (down payment vs. mortgage amount) and the timing. More coming soon….

Ulpan update
Just saying hi. I know I haven’t posted much of anything, but not too much is new. We’re both starting Ulpan Daled tomorrow (Monday Feb 22nd)… CT’s Ulpan was disbanded because not enough people showed– most people are being demoted to the senior citizens class… she’s being promoted to mine. Should be fun 🙂
