I cannot download to a PC. What is the Hebrew (in Hebrew characters) for August 30, 2008. thanks. Amy
Even if you could download, it wouldn’t help, since this is not what any of my software does (directly, at least… you could also create a future post in WordPress to see a future date, if you really wanted). I recommend Hebcal.com.
That said, Aug 30, 2008 corresponds to either כ״ט ×ב תשס״ח, or ל (the 29th or 30th of Av, 5768), depending on whether it’s before the end of Shabbat (in which case it’s כ״ט) or that Saturday night (in which case it’s ל). Note that the 30th of Av is the first day of Rosh Chodesh, the holiday marking the new month (the second day is Monday, which is the 1st of Elul).
